Chandigarh, October 10, 2025: The Alumni Relations Cell of the University Business School (UBS), Panjab University, organised an International Alumni Interaction featuring Aradhna Maingi, an alumna of the 2006–2008 batch and Senior Director – Talent Acquisition, Brand Strategy, Analytics, and Engagement at Evviva Brands (USA).

The session offered students valuable insights into how artificial intelligence is transforming the global HR landscape. Ms. Maingi discussed the growing integration of AI in talent acquisition, workforce analytics, and decision-making, emphasising both its opportunities and ethical implications.

Speaking at the event, Maingi noted, “AI is not replacing human judgment; it’s enhancing it. The future of HR belongs to those who can balance data with empathy.”

The interaction drew enthusiastic participation from MBA students across all specialisations- General, HR, IB, and EP, who engaged in an open Q&A with the speaker. The discussion offered a global perspective, bridging classroom learning with real-world HR practices in international contexts.

The event was coordinated by Prof. Rupinder Bir Kaur, Co-ordinator, Alumni Relations Cell, under the guidance of Prof. Parmjit Kaur, Chairperson, University Business School.
