Unique talent hunt JLPL"Gaunda Punjab" launched to find hidden musical talent in Punjab

The first auditions for Singers, Songwriters and Composers are scheduled for 17th January 2023 at CT Group of Institutes in Jalandhar

Jalandhar, January 16, 2023: Director of Jay Ell Productions Mehtab Chauhan and Punjabi music industry's well-known creative figure and Jarnail Ghumaan announced the launch of the one-of-its-kind unique talent hunt Program "Gaunda Punjab- Ik Pind Ik Kalakar" in a press conference held at Jalandhar today.

Talking about the unique platform, Jarnail Singh Ghumaan, Director, Jay ELL Productions and Creative Head of the show, said that, "The goal of this program is to dig out the rich raw talent from every corner of Punjab and provide them with the exposure and platform they deserve." We are searching for talented budding artists, singers, writers and musicians from all the remote corners of the 23 districts of Punjab and Chandigarh as well. The age limit for the participants is from 15 years to 35 years.

Auditions will be held at the ground root level starting from various Universities, Colleges, Schools, Auditoriums, Social clubs, etc. of various districts in Punjab to bring out the talent from all the corners of the state. A total of 26 shows of “JLPL-Gaunda Punjab" are scheduled to be organized in which around 600 rising singers will get the opportunity to present their skills and talent.

Mehtab Chauhan, Director, Jay ELL Productions, said that, "Gaunda Punjab” will act as a  bridge that will help connect singers and musicians from Punjab to listeners and audience from all across the world. Leading artists from the show will be prepared for live performances and studio recordings by the entire "JLPL-Gaunda Punjab" team and they will also be promoted by Jay Ell Productions.  Apart from this, the talented artists participating in the "JLPL Gaunda Punjab" show will also be provided opportunities by Jay Ell Productions. Press Conferences related to the Programme will also be held in the cities/districts where the programme will be organised."

The show will be telecasted weekly on "Balle Balle" and "The Unmute" in India and "Jus Punjabi" (Jus Punjabi) in foreign countries. Along with this, "Gaunda Punjab" will also be telecasted on several OTT Platforms. The programme will be broadcasted live on the social media handle "Jay Ell Rrecords" on YouTube and Facebook.
