Chandigarh, July 7, 2025: Entrepreneur Tejinder Singh Bhatia has been honoured with the 'Chandigarh Eminence Award 2025' by Punjab Governor and Chandigarh Administrator Gulab Chand Kataria for his outstanding contribution to the real estate sector and for bringing about a positive change in society. Bhatia is the Managing Director of Sukham Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.
On receiving the coveted honor Bhatia said, "It is a proud moment for me, I am elated at receiving this honour and it will inspire me to bring even better and customer-centric projects to the region in future."
Bhatia’s ‘Aeropolis City’ in Mohali has become an ideal mixed-use township model in North India, spanning 134 acres with residential, commercial and industrial zones, 55% green space and smart infrastructure.
