Talk on ‘Happiness in personal life’

Ludhiana, April 5, 2022: University Business School (UBS), Panjab University Regional Centre, Ludhiana organized a talk on ‘Happiness in personal life’ on 4th April.
The eminent resource person was Sumit Mahajan, an Art of Living Teacher and Founder – Royalways Technologies Pvt. Ltd and CEO & Founder – Design Mantra

Dr. Arti Puri, the Director of PURC Ludhiana, welcomed Mr. Sumit Mahajan and spoke about the importance of such sessions, especially in these times when students, faculty and employees have come after Covid lockdowns.
In his very inspiring and interactive talk he shared with the audience, how to approach life and spread happiness. He insisted that everyone must have aim as well as goals in their lives and pursue them happily. One should take criticism by others in a positive stride. Quoting a number of instances, he said people miss the chance to gain happiness. Everyone these days is hooked on mobile devices so much that they give very less time to personal relations. Therefore, instead of so much engagement with social media, one should spend good time with one’s family and friends. Person should be grateful about the little good things they have in their lives.
In the end, Ms. Dhriti Jain, faculty in HRM also briefly shared her views on the same topic.
