Students from City Pride School and Mahaveer English Medium School win TCS InQuizitive 2025 Pune Edition
TCS InQuizitive, held for high school students across 12 cities, aims to enhance technology skills of the country’s brightest minds

Pune, August 14, 2025: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS) a global leader in IT services, consulting, and business solutions, hosted the Pune edition of its flagship annual quiz, TCS InQuizitive at the Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Hall, Camp, Pune. The event, which was open to students from classes 8 to 12, saw over 624 students from 48 schools participating in it.
After five intense rounds, Avaneesh Bharat Nikam and Siddhanth Mantri from City Pride School, Moshi, emerged as the champions. The team from Mahaveer English Medium School, represented by Jinansh Shah and Geet Mangalmurti, secured the runners-up position. The prizes were distributed by the guest of honour, Dr Sanjay Govind Dhande, Chancellor – Avantika University Ujjain and MIT University Shillong, and Prasad M Shastri, VP & Region Head, TCS Pune. The winners will now represent Pune in the National Finals, where they will compete against champions from other regional rounds across India.

TCS InQuizitive is an innovative learning initiative that has been inspiring young minds for over two decades. Aimed at sparking curiosity and expanding awareness among students from grades 8 to 12, it covers diverse fields including information technology, science, sports, engineering, and art. This edition will travel across 12 cities — Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Indore, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Nagpur, and Pune, with each city representing a chapter in the journey. The competition will culminate in a semi-final and grand finale, where one school will be crowned the TCS InQuizitive National Champions of 2025.
