Jalandhar/Kapurthala, October 1, 2019: Sri Sukhmani Sahib Path was recited at the girls hostel at I.K.Gujral Punjab Technical University (IKGPTU) Main Campus.
The purpose of this Path was to share a message of Socialism, faith and work for society with students. Another important purpose was to share the information about the 550th birthday celebrations of world Guru Sri Guru Nanak Dev ji.
Prof.(Dr.) Ajay Kumar Sharma, Vice Chancellor said that it was an opportunity for university staff, faculty, students & everyone to sit together during the path & naam simran. He encouraged all to do social welfare work.
Campus Director Prof. (Dr.) Yadwinder Singh Brar congratulates the hostel warden and all the hostel staff, students on this initiative. During the recitation, students from different states staying in hostels praised Guru Ji's name by joining "Sarv Sanjhi Bani" and also learned about Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji's 550th birth anniversary.
Joint Registrar Dr. RPS Bedi and various department heads and the faculty members, staff attended path ceremony.
