Spic Macay’s Founder, Dr. Kiran Seth, inaugurates DAVIET Spic Macay Heritage Club during Volunteer’s Meet

Padamshree Awardee Dr. Kiran Seth, Founder of Spic Macay, was on the DAVIET campus to inaugurate the DAVIET Spic Macay Heritage Club during the Volunteer’s meet.

    Padamshree Awardee Dr. Kiran Seth, Founder of Spic Macay, was on the DAVIET campus to inaugurate the DAVIET Spic Macay Heritage Club during the Volunteer’s meet. 
    The aim of establishing the club is to establish a connection between the students and their cultural roots. 
     Speaking on occasion, Dr. Seth highlighted that the youth of the nation needs to find a focus and dedicate themselves to realizing their dreams.
    He shared that the students should be proud of their cultural heritage. Additionally, they should be physically fit by making yoga and pranayama a part of their daily lives. 
    Dr. Manoj Kumar shared that the club has been so designed that students will uncover the heritage value and find themselves empowered with the knowledge.

Jalandhar, September 2, 2022: Padamshree Awardee Dr. Kiran Seth, Founder of Spic Macay, was on the DAVIET campus to inaugurate the DAVIET Spic Macay Heritage Club during the Volunteer’s meet. The aim of establishing the club is to establish a connection between the students and their cultural roots. The club will make the students aware of their rich cultural heritage through various activities like essay writing, painting and drawing competitions.  

Speaking on occasion, Dr. Seth highlighted that the youth of the nation needs to find a focus and dedicate themselves to realizing their dreams. He shared that the students should be proud of their cultural heritage. Additionally, they should be physically fit by making yoga and pranayama a part of their daily lives. He shared that it is through a sound mind and body that students can realize their true potential.  

Dr. Manoj Kumar shared that the club has been so designed that students will uncover the heritage value and find themselves empowered with the knowledge. He also highlighted that the current education policy emphasizes the importance of yoga and that the club will ensure that the students become physically and mentally healthy. He also stated that DAVIET wants to spread the Spic Macay message to all the region’s educational institutions within a radius of 50 km. He also shared that by 2030 the institution aims at reaching every student in the area.
