SPARSH OUTREACH PROGRAM (DLC 4.0) SUCCESSFULLY CONDUCTED AT SPARSH SERVICE CENTRE, LUDHIANA

Ludhiana: The SPARSH service centre, Ludhiana successfully conducted the SPARSH outreach Programme - DLC 4.0 on 14 November 2025, aimed at providing pension-related assistance, grievance redressal, and Digital Life Certificate support to defence pensioners.
 
The programme witnessed an enthusiastic response, with around 170 pensioners in attendance. Participants included Ex-Servicemen from the Indian Army, Navy, Air Force, and Defence Civilians, who benefitted from on-the-spot resolution of grievances, verification, and identification services.
 
The event was graced by distinguished guests: Rajesh Verma, IDAS, Assistant Controller of Defence Accounts, Colonel Sandeep Azad, SC, Commanding Officer, 152 TA Battalion, Colonel Harish Kumar, Administration commandant, station Headquarter, Ludhiana, Lt Col Gaurang Dixit, Garrison Enginger, Ludhiana, Lt Col A.K. Dagur, Officer-in-Charge, Veteran Sahitya Kendra and Lt Col Risabh Chandel, 152 TA Battalion.  Their presence encouraged the veterans and reinforced the commitment to ensuring seamless pension services under the SPARSH system.
 
As part of the outreach, on-spot grievance redressal and identification were carried out, ensuring that pensioners received timely assistance without delays.  
 
The SPARSH Service centre, Ludhiana reiterates its commitment to serving defence pensioners with efficiency and transparency.
