Skill Enhancement Course on“ Anthropology and User-experience (UX) research: From Concept To Prototype In The Real World” 

Chandigarh, April 10, 2023: A three day Skill Enhancement Course on“ Anthropology and User-experience (UX) research: From Concept To Prototype In The Real World” under the aegis of RUSA was inaugurated in the Department of Anthropology, Panjab University, Chandigarh. 

The Chief Guest Prof. Navdeep Goyal, Dean Science, Panjab University graced the occasion and enlightened the students by sharing his experiences and vision for a better educated society. The domain of the event isUser experience (or UX) research which seeks to understand user behaviours, needs, and motivations, and how these influence the interaction with and/or utilization of a given technology product, or software. Anthropologists have increasingly become the major individuals hired to do this role because of their background and expertise in Ethnography.

The event is being coordinated by Dr. Maninder Kaur, Chairperson, Department of Anthropology and Dr. Avanee Khatri, Guest Faculty, Department of Anthropology.
