Seven-Day NSS Camp Commences at GHG Khalsa College, Gurusar Sadhar

Ludhiana, October 1, 2025: The seven-day NSS Camp at GHG Khalsa College, Gurusar Sadhar, commenced today with great enthusiasm. The camp, scheduled from October 1-7, was inaugurated with an inspiring lecture by the Principal of the College, Prof. Inderjit Singh. Following the inaugural session, a lecture on the importance of the National Service Scheme (NSS) was delivered by Dr. Sohan Singh, encouraging students to actively participate in community service and nation-building activities.
On this occasion, Prof. Bohar Singh proposed the vote of thanks. The inaugural day also witnessed the gracious presence of NSS Programme Officers – Prof. Karamjeet Kaur, Prof. Shelka, Prof. Navjit Singh – along with Prof. S.K. Gupta, who motivated the volunteers to dedicate themselves to the spirit of selfless service. This year, 50 students are participating in the camp, which will continue throughout the week with a series of activities designed to instill discipline, leadership, and social responsibility among the students.
