Kids participate in Healthy Tiffin Activity at Ryan International School, Jalandhar.
Jalandhar, May 4, 2015: Under the benevolent vision of Chairman Dr A.F.Pinto & Managing Director Grace Pinto, Ryan International School, Jalandhar conducted Healthy Tiffin with great enthusiasm. Tiny tots of Montessori I-III have participated in the competition and brought decorated sprouted grains from their home. Students of class I and VI have prepared healthy sandwiches by using brown breads, pasta and salads. On the other hand students had a debate competition on the topic to what extent Junk foods are harmful.
According to the co-ordinator Piyush Gautam, food is the basic necessity of our life. We cannot survive without food. We should always respect food and never waste it.
