Ludhiana, February  4,2025: Reap Benefit, a social enterprise transforming youth into changemakers, is set to host its fifth SolveCon event in Ludhiana this February 9, 2025. Designed as a platform to inspire grassroots leadership, SolveCon is a one-day, in-person gathering that connects youth from the region, equipping them with the skills and confidence to address local civic and environmental challenges.

SolveCon bridges the gap between the needs of young people and the tools that empower them to act. With its core principles of Connect, Learn, and Play, the event will provide participants with the opportunity to gain practical skills, connect with mentors, and collaborate with peers, ensuring they leave with the confidence to lead impactful actions in their communities.

At SolveCon Ludhiana, participants will engage in three dynamic spaces, the first is the SolveCon Mela, a lively, interactive zone that encourages networking through fun activities and playful exhibits. Next, the ‘Learning by Doing’ - Hands-on sessions led by experts to build leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Finally, Changemaker Adda will serve as a reflective space for participants to share stories, challenges, and solutions, fostering deeper insights and inspiration.

Since its launch in 2024, SolveCon has been successfully held in four cities—Jalandhar, Bangalore, Mysore, and Nanded—engaging nearly 500 youth attendees with more than half being women.

“SolveCon as a platform has been instrumental in fostering leadership among young people, especially in regions where access to such platforms is limited,” said Kuldeep Dantewadia, Founder of Reap Benefit. “Our events have shown how empowering youth with the right tools and opportunities can drive real change at the grassroots level.”

Known for its entrepreneurial energy and vibrant youth demographic, Ludhiana is the perfect host for the 5th edition SolveCon.
