Purushottam Das Rungta Charitable Trust Organises 231st Community Kitchen in Panchkula
On the auspicious occasion of Chhathi of Laddu Gopal, the Purushottam Das Rungta Charitable Trust organised its 231st Community Kitchen (Ann Bhandara) at Industrial Area Phase-I, Panchkula.
Panchkula, September 6, 2026: On the auspicious occasion of Chhathi of Laddu Gopal, the Purushottam Das Rungta Charitable Trust organised its 231st Community Kitchen (Ann Bhandara) at Industrial Area Phase-I, Panchkula.
Speaking on the occasion, Amitabh Rungta, founder of the Trust and a philanthropist, said that according to religious beliefs, the day holds special significance for offering bhog to Lord Krishna with love and devotion and sharing the prasad with others.
Rungta said that providing meals to those in need and sharing prasad with the community strengthens the spirit of service while spreading a message of mutual cooperation, compassion and harmony.
Amitabh Rungta remained personally present during the bhandara. Volunteers of the Trust also participated enthusiastically in the service activities, making valuable contributions to the distribution of food and arrangements for refreshments and drinking water.
