PU to Celebrate Vigilance Awareness Week from 27th October
Panjab University will observe the Vigilance Awareness Week from 27th October to 2nd November, 2025. Chief Vigilance Officer of Panjab University Prof. Simrit Kahlon informed that the theme for this year Vigilance Awareness Week is “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility”.

Chandigarh October 24, 2025: Panjab University will observe the Vigilance Awareness Week from 27th October to 2nd November, 2025. Chief Vigilance Officer of Panjab University Prof. Simrit Kahlon informed that the theme for this year Vigilance Awareness Week is “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility”.
This is in line with the nation-wide initiatives of the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) to create awareness amongst civil society and the public at large towards the policy of achieving transparency, accountability and corruption free governance.
All the faculty members, non-teaching staff, students and stakeholders of the Panjab University Departments/Institutes/Offices/Branches have been requested to take Online Integrity Pledge through the link provided in the MENU of the Vigilance Cell (cvo.puchd.ac.in) on the website of the Panjab University to strive towards ensuring integrity in public administration.
