Chandigarh, August 13, 2025: Panjab University, Chandigarh today hosted a meeting with Bath Spa University, England, to discuss potential collaborations in academics, research, and faculty & student exchange programmes.
The meeting, chaired by PU Dean of University Instruction, Professor Yojna Rawat, brought together Chairpersons, Directors, and Coordinators from various Social Sciences and Languages Departments, Centres, and Institutes.
Dr. Vandana Singh from Bath Spa University interacted with the participants, detailing opportunities for cooperation and responding to departmental queries.
Director of R&DC, Prof Meenakshi Goyal attended the meeting, which was convened by Professor Kewal Krishan, Dean International Students.
Chairpersons agreed to draft proposals for their respective departments and share them with Bath Spa University’s concerned authorities for further action.
Panjab University Vice Chancellor Professor Renu Vig appreciated the discussions and urged faculty members and departmental heads to actively pursue collaborative projects and exchange initiatives.
