The Office of the Dean Student Welfare, Panjab University has formed Students’ Clubs for overall holistic development of the students. The five clubs are Mental Health Club, Literary Club, Photography Club, Art & Drama Club, Dance & Music Club.

Chandigarh: The Office of the Dean Student Welfare, Panjab University has formed Students’ Clubs for overall holistic development of the students.  The five clubs are Mental Health Club, Literary Club, Photography Club, Art & Drama Club, Dance & Music Club.  Enrollment of Clubs will be free of cost, membership is only for the Panjab University Campus regular students and last date for filing enrolment form on Google link circulated to all Chairperson, PU Teaching Departments is 04.03.2026.

Dean Student Welfare, Prof. Yogesh Kumar Rawal stated that these clubs will give a chance to University students to explore their interests, showcase their talent & grow beyond classrooms.  These clubs will hold regular activities and annual competitions amongst the students.

Dean Student Welfare (Woman), Prof. Namita Gupta stated that the purpose of these clubs is to nurture and promote the creative talents of students, channelise their energies in a constructive direction and to address the growing concerns of drug abuse and mental health challenges among the student community.
