This nationwide professional development initiative was organized under the Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Programme (MMTTP) of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and conducted by the UGC-MMTTC (GAD-MMTTC) at Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College, University of Delhi. The comprehensive training initiative drew educators from across the country to enhance academic standards.
During the program, Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi delivered a highly impactful session titled “Overcoming Immunity to Change: The Hidden Dynamics for Growth in Higher Education".
In her address, she strongly emphasised the vital importance of change, adaptability and continuous professional development within higher education.
