Gurugram, March 3, 2025: On the occasion of Zero Discrimination Day and International Women's Day, a poster making and slogan writing competition was organized on the theme "Walk Fearless - A Call Against Abusers" by Gender Sensitivity and Anti-Sexual Assault Cell, MDU-CPAS, Gurugram.
Cell Coordinator Dr. Pratibha Bhardwaj said that this competition was aimed at making students aware about the values of equality, discrimination and social justice. She appealed to youth to play an active role in alleviating inequality based on gender, age, income and health status and to uphold values of equality, dignity and inclusion in society.
A total of 51 students from LLB & Management Department participated enthusiastically in this competition and presented their ideas through impactful and inspiring artworks. Participants conveyed many important messages such as gender equality, security and collective action against misconception through their slogan and posters. Jury members lauded and congratulated the participants for artistic excellence and empowering messages. Komal Soni, Yogita, Riya got first, second and third place respectively in poster making. While Gungun Raghav, Shubham and Kritaka were awarded first, second and third prize respectively in slogan writing.
