Jalandhar, October 16, 2025: The Placement Cell of PCM S.D. College for Women, Jalandhar organised a Seven-Day Employability Skills Training Programme in supported by Mahindra Rise and implemented by the Naandi Foundation.
The initiative aimed at enhancing the professional aptitude, communication skills, and workplace readiness of students through structured sessions and interactive learning modules.
Around 40 students from various streams registered for the training, which was conducted under the expert guidance of Anju Jain, an experienced trainer known for her insightful sessions on personality development and employability enhancement. The programme equipped students with practical knowledge, confidence-building techniques, and soft skills essential for thriving in today’s competitive job market.
The training was highly appreciated by the participants, who found it both enriching and inspiring. They expressed gratitude for the valuable exposure to industry-oriented skills and the opportunity to prepare themselves for future career challenges.
