PG Department of Punjabi held extension lecture at RGC

Ludhiana: Today, an Extension Lecture was organised by the PG Department Of Punjabi on the topic of ‘Adhunik Punjabi Kav dia Parvirtia’. 
Dr. Swaranjeet Kaur Grewal, Former Professor of Punjabi was the resource person. Principal Dr. Inderjit Kaur and Dr. Ripandeep Kaur, Head, Department of Punjabi accorded a warm welcome to the guest. 
Dr. Grewal explained the various changes that came in the Punjabi Poetry and discussed the various features of modern Punjabi poetry. She also talked about the eminent modern Punjabi poets and their famous poems. 
Principal Dr. Inderjit Kaur applauded the efforts of Punjabi Department for organising such lectures to enhance the knowledge and to arouse the interest of students in Punjabi Literature. Dr. Grewal answered to the questions asked by the students. 
Prof. Jaspaul Kaur gave the vote of thanks at the end.
