Rohtak, February 13, 2026: A One-Day Research Methodology Workshop on the theme “Foundations of Doctoral Research & Academic Engagement” was organized by Department of Management Studies, BPSMV.

Dr. Anshu Bhardwaj, Chairperson, Department of Management Studies said that the workshop was aimed at strengthening the research acumen and academic preparedness of doctoral scholars and faculty members.

The workshop witnessed distinguished academicians from O.P. J. Global University as resource persons. Prof. Pulkit Khanna (Dean, JIBS, JGU) conducted the first session on ‘Building Supportive Academic Relationships’, emphasizing scholar–supervisor alignment, peer collaboration, academic networking, and the role of effective feedback in shaping the doctoral journey.

In the second session, Dr. Krishan K. Pandey (Dean, ODS, JGU) provided a structured roadmap of the doctoral research process. He highlighted the importance of clarity in research direction, systematic problem identification, and aligning research questions with contemporary academic discourse.

In the concluding session, Dr. Shantanu Trivedi (Assistant Professor, ODS, JGU) delivered lecture on ‘Conducting an Effective Literature Review’, elaborating on systematic and theme-based review techniques, database search strategies, literature synthesis, and identifying research gaps to build strong theoretical foundations.

Prof. Anshu Bhardwaj presented the vote of thanks and appreciated the valuable contributions of the resource persons. The workshop was attended by the research scholars.
