Talking with the media persons here today Grewal said that the arrival of Nitin Nabin in Punjab has infused fresh enthusiasm, renewed confidence and unprecedented energy among BJP workers, office-bearers and supporters across the state at a time when preparations are gradually gaining momentum for the Punjab Legislative Assembly elections scheduled to be held in the first quarter of 2027.
He said that Nitin Nabin’s visit reflects the Bharatiya Janata Party’s unwavering commitment to Punjab and demonstrates the deep concern, commitment and affection of the central leadership for the people of the state. His interactions with industrialists, traders, grassroots workers, import-export business representatives and various sections of society signify the party’s determination to establish stronger bonds with every segment of Punjab.
Grewal said that the traditional and enthusiastic reception accorded to Nitin Nabin at Shri Guru Ramdas Ji International Airport, Amritsar, by senior party leaders including newly elected Rajya Sabha Member Tarun Chugh, Punjab BJP President Kewal Singh Dhillon, Senior Advocate H.S. Phoolka and numerous dedicated workers, accompanied by vibrant Punjabi folk dance Bhangra, beautifully reflected the warmth, culture and hospitality of Punjab.
He further said that Nitin Nabin’s visit to Sri Harmandir Sahib, where he humbly paid obeisance and participated in selfless service by washing utensils in the sacred Chhabeel, displayed his deep respect for Sikh traditions and values. His prayers for peace, prosperity and the holistic development of Punjab and the nation touched the hearts of millions.
Grewal said that Nitin Nabin’s emotional remarks regarding his blessed journey from Takht Sri Patna Sahib, the birthplace of the Tenth Sikh Guru, Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, to the holy city of Amritsar reflected his reverence for Punjab’s glorious spiritual and historical heritage.
