The story of the film ‘The Traveler’ is very unique. It conveys a message to lessen the issue of emerging divorce cases world-wide, through pre-marriage thoughtful considerations for a long lasting mutual understanding. The main character of the film is a travels loving man. He entices a woman admirer of him by narrating her enchanting travels’ tales of his excursions. Falling in love, both get married without prioritizing other considerations. Man continues with his passion of travelling, and woman with hers. It results in separation soon. When they meet again after a long gap of years, both of them no doubt realize their mistakes. However, under worldly circumstances, it was too late to get united again.

Congratulating Loveena, who at present is an alumna of LPU, Chancellor Ashok Mittal laid emphasis on the needs of commercial short film industry through talented young students in India. Through these short films, students can solve out many emerging problems in the country and the world. Mr Mittal also informed that LPU School of Journalism and Film Production provides practical oriented studies to students. Availing the chances of training as part of their curriculum, students work on innovative thoughts and win prestigious ranks and awards, like this, in global competitions. Even, LPU students’ works have earned great recognition at India’s most coveted Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festivals, many a time.
