The Ludhiana Management Association (LMA), a renowned organization established in 1978 by the PAU Department of Business Management, has announced its new executive team for the tenure from January 2024 to December 2026. The announcement was made at the Annual General Meeting held at Park Plaza, Ludhiana.

Ludhiana, January 20, 2024: The Ludhiana Management Association (LMA), a renowned organization established in 1978 by the PAU Department of Business Management, has announced its new executive team for the tenure from January 2024 to December 2026. The announcement was made at the Annual General Meeting held at Park Plaza, Ludhiana.

Harpreet K. Kang, currently serving as the Dean for International Affairs at PCTE, has been appointed as the President of LMA. Alongside her, Raghav Choudhary, the Managing Director of Crescendo Global, will assume the role of General Secretary. Their leadership marks a significant step forward in LMA's commitment to management excellence in Punjab. Under their guidance, LMA is set to expand its executive board and cabinet, further solidifying its role as a leader in the Management Development Movement. This expansion aims to enable individuals and organizations to realize their potential through a community dedicated to excellence in management. 

Harpreet K. Kang and Raghav Choudhary will work closely to bring unparalleled value to the Ludhiana Management Association. Their collaborative efforts are anticipated to foster growth, innovation, and community engagement within the organization, thereby setting a new standard for management excellence in the region.

In addition, Rishi Pahwa, M.D. of Avon Cycles, has been named Vice President, and Gaurav Munjal, M.D. of Hero Eco-Tech, has been named Senior Vice President. Furthermore, the association has appointed leaders for various forums: the Business Leaders' Forum will be headed by Ashwin Nagpal, M.D. of Haveli Ram Bansi Lal, and Lokesh Jain, M.D. of T.K. Steels. The Women's Forum will be under the leadership of Diksha Anand and Swati Goyal, notable women entrepreneurs from Ludhiana. The Students' Forum will be led by Dr. Naresh Sachdev and Rahul Sharma, who are esteemed figures in academia and industry.

Harpreet K. Kang shared her vision of revitalizing industry relationships and the introduction of new forums, including a Business Leaders' Forum focused on networking opportunities and knowledge sharing. Reflecting on her decade-long journey with LMA, she stressed the significance of strengthening industry-academia relations to create abundant management opportunities in Ludhiana. During the meeting, Raghav Choudhary expressed his enthusiasm for bringing substantial value to the 600+ members of LMA through various programs, workshops, and events. He emphasized the importance of member engagement in enhancing the association's impact on businesses, professional lives, and employment opportunities.
