Legal aspects of forming and registering company and limited liability partnership

Chandigarh, July 29, 2022: On the fourth day at morning Prof. Devinder Singh from Law Department PU discussed legal aspects of forming and registering a company and limited liability partnership. Afterwards Mr. Rahul Sharma CEO STEP Incubator TIET Patiala delivered a talk on Incubation policies and evaluated the participants presentations on initiating start ups. In the evening on 4th day Prof. Manu Sharma, Director CIIPP, PU discussed PU policies on startup, entrepreneurship and IPR

After that Dr. N.S. Jassal discussed the PRISM scheme of DSIR for funding the Startups, SMEs and MSMEs. On the concluding day the workshop witnessed talk of Sahil Kakkar on startup nomenclature and terms and requisites for identified to be a startup and Sahil Vohra discussed various marketing and management strategies for Startups.

The workshop final sessional was valedictory session where Chief Guest was Prof. Seema Kappor from UICET. She motivated the students to get IPR protection for their research and patenting information and explained about ecosystems of Startups.

Then feedback was taken from the participants about the workshop which happened to be excellent by most of the participants.

Then the coordinator of the workshop Prof. Sushil Kansal presented the report about the 5 day workshop and expressed his deep satisfaction about the workshop and gratitude to the expert speakers and the participants without whom this workshop couldn't be conducted. The workshop ended with a vote of thanks by Dr. Surinder Singh Bhinder. All the participants were looking jovial and enthusiastic about initiating Startups after the workshop.
