KMVites earn Accolades for Excellence and Leadership during the Internship with Up-to-Skills

Jalandhar, December 18, 2025: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous), a premier institution of higher education, continues to strengthen its commitment to industry-oriented learning and skill development as three of its students—Rishika, Amoldeep and Anushika—successfully completed a highly enriching internship with Up-to-Skills, a reputed skill development platform focused on providing hands-on industrial experience to young professionals. The students were selected through rigorous interview rounds, reflecting their academic competence, technical aptitude and readiness to meet industry expectations. The internship provided extensive exposure to real-world projects, advanced tools and professional work environments, enabling the students to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.

During the internship, Rishika distinguished herself through exemplary performance and leadership skills. She was entrusted with the role of Team Leader and successfully led a comprehensive project titled “B.Tech Colleges Data Collection and Quality Assurance (Multi-State Study)”. Through this project, she gained hands-on training in industry-relevant analytical tools, significantly enhancing her data analytics and visualisation skills. In recognition of her outstanding contribution and effective leadership, Rishika was specially awarded for her excellent lead role.

Another intern, Anushika, delivered an exceptional performance in the domain of Cyber Security and was conferred with the prestigious title of “Intern of the Month.” She demonstrated remarkable technical proficiency through the implementation of advanced software tools, gaining deep insights into cyber security practices, ethical hacking methodologies, and real-time network analysis. Her dedication, analytical approach and ability to apply concepts in practical scenarios set her apart during the internship.

Amoldeep also successfully completed the internship, actively engaging in assigned tasks and contributing effectively to the learning objectives of the programme, thereby strengthening his professional and technical skill set.

Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi lauded the achievements of the students and congratulated them for bringing laurels to the institution. She emphasised that such industry-aligned internships play a pivotal role in preparing students for dynamic career paths and enhancing their employability. She also lauded the efforts of Suman Khurana, Dean, Placement Cell, for her constant support, mentorship, and guidance in facilitating valuable career-oriented opportunities for the students.
