CT Public School Hosts Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony
CT Public School organized its Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony for the academic session 2024–25 with great enthusiasm, at the school campus. The ceremony aimed to recognise and celebrate students’ academic excellence and achievements in co-curricular activities.
Jalandhar, February 1, 2026: CT Public School organized its Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony for the academic session 2024–25 with great enthusiasm, at the school campus. The ceremony aimed to recognise and celebrate students’ academic excellence and achievements in co-curricular activities.
The event was graced by the Mayor of Jalandhar, Vaneet Dhir, and Councillor Saurabh Seth, who attended as Chief Guests. The programme witnessed the esteemed presence of CT Group management, including Charanjit Singh Channi, Chairman, CT Group of Institutions; Dr. Manbir Singh, Managing Director; Harpreet Singh, Vice Chairman; Tanika Channi, Joint Managing Director; Dr Nitin Tandon, Executive Director; and Dr Anurag Sharma, Campus Director.
The school leadership was represented by Principal Manisha Basnet and Kindergarten Incharge Suman Bhalla. The ceremony began with the lighting of the lamp, followed by a Ganesh Vandana, setting an auspicious tone for the event.
Addressing the gathering, Principal Manisha Basnet highlighted the school’s achievements during the academic year and motivated students to strive for excellence with discipline and determination.
The prize distribution segment honoured class toppers from Grades I to XII, along with students securing first, second, and third positions. Special recognition was accorded to Board Examination Toppers.
Class X Toppers: Rabia, Sihana, Shaina, Guneet, Sanchit, Akshara, Tarun, Tushti, Anurag.
Class XII Toppers: Gurnoor, Vansh, Aryan Raj, Yuvika, Yangdoll, Vaishali.
Grade XI subject-wise toppers were also felicitated.
Excellence in sports, arts, and cultural activities was acknowledged through special category awards, including Best Singer, Best Artist, Best Orator, Best Sportspersons across disciplines, Best Technologist, Best Dancer, Best Instrumentalist, and Best Dramatics. The Overall Best House Trophy was awarded to Nelson Mandela House, under the guidance of House Master Kawalpreet Kaur.
Special awards for Most Regular Students and Most Regular Teachers were also presented, recognising consistency and commitment.
The cultural segment featured an orchestra performance followed by an energetic Western Bhangra dance, adding vibrancy to the celebration.
The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks by Suman Bhalla, Kindergarten Coordinator.
Chairman Charanjit Singh Channi, in his motivational address, encouraged students to dream big, remain focused, and work hard to achieve their goals.
