KMV Sportstars Clinch Top Positions at National Federation Cup and Senior State Baseball Championships
Jalandhar, June 6, 2026: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) has added another glorious chapter to its rich legacy in sports. The college’s stellar baseball players, Anubeer Kaur and Kaldeep Kaur, have brought immense laurels to the institution by delivering outstanding performances at both the national and state-level baseball championships. The dynamic duo represented their region with exceptional grit and tactical acumen at the Federation Cup Baseball Championship held in Amravati, Maharashtra. Competing against some of the finest athletic talent from across the nation, Anubeer and Kaldeep displayed phenomenal teamwork and sportsmanship, ultimately steering their team through high-stakes matches to secure the prestigious Silver Medal. Continuing their brilliant winning streak, the athletes quickly extended their dominance to the Baseball Senior State Championship held in Ludhiana, where they fought through a highly competitive state field to rightfully claim the Bronze Medal. Director Prof. (Dr.) Atima Sharma Dwivedi warmly congratulated Anubeer Kaur and Kaldeep Kaur on their brilliant double-medal achievement, highlighting that their monumental success is a testament to both the athletes' absolute dedication and KMV's deep-rooted sports culture.
