Jalandhar, January 8, 2016: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar’s P.G Department of Computer Science & Applications organised an Extension Lecture on ‘User Experience’. The same was conducted by Mr Yaju Arya and his team from Walkwel Technology Pvt Ltd., a company which creates softwares for leading Indian and International Clients like ISB Hyderabad, Indian Railways, Insurance Companies, TVS motors etc. to name a few. Mr Yaju Arya MD of the Company in his lecture stressed and elaborated various concepts as CDN, Visual effects, usability, testing SEO (Search Engine Optimization), reusable code, mobile responsiveness, alpha beta testing and many more. All these factors play a key-role in the success and failure of any application. Understanding the user-friendly aspect of any software is the demand of the present commercial set-up where it is to be launched as if the user is happy, any application or software is bound to be accepted and be successful, otherwise it will fail to extremity. Hence the students were very enthusiastic to listen to such an extension lecture which opened a new user friendly world for them. This new world had much to teach and needed more exploration. Principal Prof. (Dr.) Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated the efforts of the organising Dept. and motivated the students to learn and grow with such events.
