KMV lifts winner trophy in Doaba Youth Festival

Jalandhar, November 8, 2019: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya lifted overall trophy in Doaba Youth Festival held at Doaba College, Jalandhar. The students participated in total 23 items and bagged various top positions. KMVites bagged 1st position in Luddi, Choreography, Ghazal, Folk song, Rangoli, Phulkari, Flower arrangement, poster making & painting landscape. Mime, Poetical Symposium, Elocution and debate were adjudged 2nd whereas Sufi-Kalam, Sketching, collage, On the spot Photography and Still Life Painting were placed 3rd. Clay Modelling and Cartooning bagged consolation prizes respectively. Principal Prof.(Dr.) Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated the students for their sincere participation and averred that such competitions will enhance their personality and such competitions are a must for the holistic development of the students. She lauded the efforts of Dr Gurjot, Dean, ECA Department and appreciated the involvement of all the teachers for their whole hearted and continuous support in the preparation of various items.
