Chandigarh, August 20, 2022: BJP national general secretary Tarun Chugh today said that Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and his party have put prestige of Anna Hazare and Mahatma Gandhi to dust by joining hands with liquor mafias in Delhi and Punjab.
Chugh said during his ambition to gain power Kejriwal exploited the reputation of Anna Hazare but soon joined hands with liquor mafias as has been established by the CBI FIR and raids on Manish Sisodia residence.
He said the Delhi liquor policy introduced by Kejriwal to help mafias was exposed within one year. And now a similar fraud has been played on Punjab in connivance with mafias.
Chugh demanded that CBI should also investigate AAP links with mafias in Punjab also.
He said in Delhi Kejriwal opened “mohalla thekas” and now in Punjab also the AAP is following the same policy.
Chugh ridiculed AAP for planting news in foreign newspapers when the media has been exposing it in Delhi and Chandigarh.
