Ivy World School organised “salad making activity” 

Jalandhar: Ivy World School, under the ageis of the Vasal Education Society organized “salad making activity” in the Kindergarten wing.

An online immunity booster activity was held for our young Ivyians to inculcate healthy food habits, to develop temptation to eat and make our young learners aware of the right choice of food which can give them high nutritive value.

The objective behind this activity was that the next  generation should include salad in their regular diet and maintain  good health, maximize their immunity and keep diseases at bay, especially in the time of pandemic .

The participants creativity was revealed through the beautiful designs and patterns formed with different mouthwatering ingredients of salad. The students displayed different types of  vegetable and fruit salads such as Watermelon Basket Salad, Combo Salad, Jumbo Salad and many more ingenious salads using commonly available ingredients. The participants explained the specialty of their salads.

Equal emphasis was on the hygienic considerations which were to be kept in view while preparing and presenting the final product. 

Mrs.S.Chauhan, Principal, Ivy World School congratulated and appreciated the support and cooperation given by parents and exhorted upon the students to make salad eating a routine habit to maintain a healthy life. The President of Vasal education Society, Shri K K Vasal, The Chairman Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Vasal, The Director Mrs. Ena Vasal, and The CEO Mr. Raghav Vasal appreciated all educators for creating and using such platform to effectively represent their artistic representations and also motivated little Ivyians to make routine to have salads to maintain a balanced and healthy life.
