IT Workshop at Dips College

Jalandhar, May 20, 2022: In DIPS College of Education Rarra-Morr, a 5-day information technology program was organized under the Faculty Exchange Program. B.Ed students participated in the program and got information about computers and it. Professor Navjot of DIPS Polytechnic College attended the workshop as the keynote speaker. Professor informed the students about basic IT on the first day. After that gave information about Google application, education website and apps related to CBSE, MS Office, photo editing etc.

During the program, practical knowledge was also given to the students along with the theory. Professor Navjot said that computer is such a technology in which many types of updates come every day, so we should keep information about them.

This updation is very helpful in our work and study. Along with running a computer we should also have complete knowledge about its software and hardware.

Principal Dr. Jyoti Gupta said that it is very important to have knowledge about computers in today's time. During online education students have become quite updated with computers, but still some students are not aware of many basic things and website related to education, so this type of workshop proves to be very helpful for them.
