International Nursing Week 2022 organised by PGI Nurses Welfare Association and NursEd Academy

Chandigarh, May 14, 2022: Nursing Week is organised every year in the memory of Florence Nightingale, the founder of modern nursing. Manjaneek President and Jasmine Cultural Secretary Nursing Welfare Association PGI said that this time on behalf of PGI Nursing Welfare Association and NurseEd Academy. Nursing Week Celebrations are organised at PGI including Rangoli Competition, Poster Making Competition, Calligraphy, Slogan Writing, Poetry writing and photography contest etc.
 
On Monday, Walkathon is being organised to celebrate Nursing Week, starting from PGI Sport Complex and will be organized till Sukhna Lake, said Hina Kumar, Director of NursEd, the Organisers. This week will encourage nurses and the public to celebrate Nursing Week, but it will also provide information and resources that will help broaden the profile of the profession throughout the year and attract a new generation to the nursing family that needs to be nurtured, the job NursEd is perfect at, concluded Hina Kumar.

NursEd academy aims to nurture the Global Nursing Careers by imparting training in Soft Skills, Language Proficiency Tests, Top uP Bridging Courses and intensive preparation for NCLEX examination.
