Under the aegis of the Bowry Memorial Educational and Medical Trust, Innocent Hearts Group organised the Annual Champion Excellence (ACE) Awards 2025 to honour meritorious sportspersons from all five branches — Green Model Town, Loharan, Noorpur Road, Cantt.-Jandiala Road and Kapurthala Road.

Jalandhar, November 07, 2025: Under the aegis of the Bowry Memorial Educational and Medical Trust, Innocent Hearts Group organised the Annual Champion Excellence (ACE) Awards 2025 to honour meritorious sportspersons from all five branches — Green Model Town, Loharan, Noorpur Road, Cantt.-Jandiala Road and Kapurthala Road. Students who excelled at the international, national, state and district levels were felicitated for bringing laurels to the institution. A memorable highlight of the event was the standing ovation accorded to the Women’s Cricket Team for their latest victory, celebrating their grit, spirit and inspiring performance. Dr. Gurinderjit Kaur, District Education Officer (Senior Secondary), Jalandhar, graced the ceremony as the Chief Guest, while
Guest of Honour was Sarabjit Singh, athletic coach and member of Punjab Amateur Athletic Association. Renowned athlete Jagmeet Singh was also present. The event commenced with the traditional lamp lighting ceremony, followed by vibrant cultural performances. Students presented a soulful Vishnu Vandana, setting a devotional and graceful tone for the programme. 
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Dheeraj Banati (Deputy Director – Expansion, Affiliation, Planning & Implementation) highlighted ongoing initiatives under the Trust’s Disha – An Initiative. He shared that specialised sports coaching has been introduced at the Loharan campus, developed as a Sports Hub, offering facilities such as an International Standard Shooting Range, Basketball Court with Anti-Injury Surfacing, Soccer and Air Hockey Tables, Self-Defence Training (Judo, Karate, Boxing), and a dedicated Yoga and Meditation Zone — all supported by expert coaches. 
During the ceremony, the Chief Guest felicitated around 200 sportspersons for their exceptional achievements. Parents of students who earned international and national recognition were specially invited and expressed their appreciation for the Trust’s world-class sports infrastructure, acknowledging its role in nurturing sporting talent and holistic development.The programme was expertly anchored by students, showcasing their confidence and teamwork.
Dr. Anup Bowry, Chairman, Innocent Hearts Group, honoured the Chief Guest, while Dr. Palak Gupta Bowry, Director CSR, presented mementoes to the Chief Guest, Guest of Honour and Special Guest. The Chief Guest, in her address, applauded the efforts of the school, teachers and coaches in promoting excellence.
The event was graced by Shally Bowry (Executive Director, Schools), Aradhana Bowry (Executive Director, Colleges) Sharmila Nakra (Deputy director cultural affairs) and esteemed members of the Management. The Innocent Hearts Sports Team was also invited onstage and appreciated for their discipline, dedication and outstanding contribution to the school’s sporting achievements.
The celebration concluded with a spirited Bhangra performance, bringing the ceremony to a vibrant and joyful close.
