Inauguration of ACs in Mess Area of BH-3 donated by Panjab University Chemical Engineering & Technology Alumni Association

Chandigarh, October 13, 2025: Boy’s Hostel No. 3, Panjab University, Chandigarh has got a major boost in the infrastructure with the installation of air conditioners in the mess area. Panjab University Chemical Engineering & Technology Alumni Association (PUChETAA) has generously donated three air conditioners to BH-3.
The inauguration ceremony was held on Monday at the hostel mess premises. Prof. Amit Chauhan, Dean Student Welfare; Rakesh R. Aggarwal, President, PUChETAA; Sanjeev Gupta, Honorary Secretary, PUChETAA ; Prof. Ritu Gupta, Treasurer, PUChETAA, other distinguished alumni’s and wardens graced the occasion as honourable guests.
Dr. Sucha Singh, Warden, BH-3 expressed his sincere thanks to the PUChETAA officials for their noble gesture, aiming to enhance the infrastructure and dining experience of the residents. In response to Dr. Sucha Singh’s outreach to hostel alumni’s, he informed that there will be more additions in the infrastructure with the support of BH-3 alumni’s who promised to fund the coming projects.
