Jalandhar, April 25, 2017: IAS officer Kahan Singh Pannu today took charge as 10th Vice Chancellor of I.K.Gujral Punjab Technical University. At present he is having the charge of secretary of Department of Technical Education and industrial training Government of Punjab. IAS Pannu will serve this University in place of 9th Vice Chancellor IAS Rakesh Kumar Verma.
