HMV organised workshop on Banking Software

Jalandhar, December 6, 2016: PG Department of Commerce and Management of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya organized a one day workshop on Banking Software ‘Finacle’ for the students of B.Voc. Banking and Financial Services. The students visited the circle office of Punjab National Bank Jalandhar. Mr. Daljeet Singh, Senior Faculty from Training Institute, Punjab National Bank, Ludhiana explained that how finacle has revolutionized the banking operations by providing a number of products such as account opening, treasury solution, wealth management and at the same time offering core banking solutions by giving practical examples. The workshop ended with a doubt clearing session. Principal Dr. Mrs. Ajay Sareen appreciated the efforts of commerce department done under the able guidance of HOD Dr. Kanwaldeep Kaur. The students were accompanied by Dr. Minakshi Duggal, Asstt. Prof. in Commerce.
