Hair grooming workshop organised by Cosmetology Department at DIPS College

Jalandhar, July 2, 2022: In today's time both boys and girls colored their hair to look something special in rough-tuff, funky style or casual look. This not only makes the hair look beautiful but it also changes the look completely. Keeping in view the increasing trend of hair color among people of all ages, a hair Grooming workshop was organized for the students at Dips College (Co-educational), Dhilwan. During this, Professor Sandeep Kaur of the Department of Cosmetology informed the students about various hair colors and dyes available in the market.

She said that there was a time when hair dye or color used to darken the hair, but today people color their hair with different types of colors. Give information regarding different color tones like Darkest Brown, Dark Brown, Dark Blonde, Burgundy, Golden, Blue, Red, and Green etc.

The professor told that while coloring the hair, the skin stone of the customer should also be taken care of. While choosing colors, one should have a good knowledge of the chemicals found in it.

College coordinator Harpreet Kaur told rubber gloves or disposable gloves should be used to color the hair. This skill is important for children not only in their personal lives but also in their professional careers. He can easily make his career abroad through this.
