Glendale Academy Empowers Future Leaders through ‘Career Explore Fair 2025’

Hyderabad, November 07, 2025: Glendale Academy successfully hosted the Career Explore Fair 2025 — a dynamic, one-day experiential event that welcomed over 300 students, 100 parents, and numerous professionals from diverse industries. The fair provided students with an invaluable opportunity to discover potential career paths and gain first-hand insights from industry experts through engaging sessions, interactive discussions, and live demonstrations that brought learning to life.
 
The fair featured dedicated Career Zones across fields such as Technology, Healthcare, Design, Business, Law, and Aviation — providing students with opportunities to learn directly from professionals about real-world career pathways. The opening plenary session, “Explore. Discover Your Future!”, along with the keynote address by  Niharika Paliwal, HR and Organisational Development professional, guided students and parents to make informed choices and build adaptable, purpose-driven career plans.
 
Students also benefited from “A Day at Work,” live demos, and one-on-one mentoring sessions. A unique parent-led activity introduced the concept of Adaptability Quotient in an engaging and memorable way, highlighting its growing importance in today’s rapidly evolving professional landscape.

Their authentic stories and practical insights made the fair a truly enriching, community-driven experience.
