GKU Students Excels in Innotech Competition

Talwandi Sabo, March 31, 2016: The Students of Guru Gobind Singh Polytechnic College, Talwandi Sabo participated in INNO-Tech 2016 held at Pushpa Gujral Science City, Kapurthala. Er Mohit Verma (HoD, Mech.) guided the students about the making and working of the project.
Around 40 polytechnic colleges participated in this event but GGS Polytechnic College grab the 4th position overall in this event. This event was programmed from 18th March to 20th March. Many of the students won consolation prize for innovation in their project work. The students are Amritpal Singh, Kulveer Singh, Lovepreet Singh, Charanjeet Singh from 6th Sem Mech Branch. Cash prize of Rs.3000 was given to students as token of honour.
Dr. N.S. Malhi Vice Chancellor appreciated the excellence and good work done by the students and also assured the students that any initiative taken by them will be backed by the university. Mr Mehboob Singh Gill (Principal Polytechnic College) also encouraged the students to participate in such events & guaranteed them that if students will keep winning such tech. events they will prosperous their life to the final ultimatum and reach towards their goal efficiently.
