GGNIMT Hospitality Professionals Host Vibrant Mocktail and Live Snacks Bar Event

The Department of Hotel Management at Gujranwala Guru Nanak Institute of Management & Technology (GGNIMT), Ghumar Mandi,  Ludhiana,  organized a Mocktail Bar  and Live Continental Snacks event at its campus, showcasing the creativity and hospitality skills of its budding hospitality professionals.

Ludhiana, September 24, 2025: The Department of Hotel Management at Gujranwala Guru Nanak Institute of Management & Technology (GGNIMT), Ghumar Mandi,  Ludhiana,  organized a Mocktail Bar  and Live Continental Snacks event at its campus, showcasing the creativity and hospitality skills of its budding hospitality professionals.
During the event hosted at the Departmental Restaurant a wide variety of refreshing mocktails, accompanied by an assortment of gourmet snacks—all crafted and served by students with the guidance of the faculty team created a Wonderful Fine Dine Experience for the guests and the students.
Students took the lead in curating the menu, preparing the dishes, and presenting their creations with professional flair. From zesty mojitos and tropical fruit punches to gourmet sliders and fusion bites, the offerings showcased the creativity and culinary skills of GGNIMTians.
Dr. S. P. Singh, President GKEC, Chief Guest on the occasion said, "Events like these not only bring out the creative potential of our students but also prepare them for real-world hospitality scenarios. We are proud of their dedication and passion." S. Harsharan Singh Narula, General Secretary GKEC and S. Kuljeet Singh, Sr. Member GKEC also attended the event.
Prof. Manjit Singh Chhabra, Director, GGNIMT, while appreciating the initiative added that the event had facilitated the development of  essential hospitality skills like teamwork, presentation, and customer service.  Dr. Harpreet Singh, Principal, GGNIMT, attributed the success of this event to the high standard of practical training and innovation that is fostered at GGNIMT.  The event also drew enthusiastic participation from students, faculty members, and guests across departments. It also served as a platform for students to practice customer service, teamwork, and culinary innovation which are core skills for the hospitality industry.
