Ludhiana, March 19, 2015: Concrete which is one of the most versatile building material has already changed the construction industry many times in the past and further is too going to bring revolution in Architecture, Construction as well as life, these technical views were share in meet held in Ludhiana.

The technical meet was organised in association with The Indian Institute of Architects – Ludhiana Center and Indian Concrete Institute-Punjab Patiala Center.

The Topic of meet was “Concretes for Today and Tomorrow”.

Earlier the primary use of concrete was from foundation stage of a building till the end of civil works but now with the advancements in the past it is being used for the interiors of building too including partitions, most fancy and durable multi color floorings, counter tops in different colors & shapes, furniture and panelling.

Many State of Art multi-storey buildings or even skyscrapers are excellent example of versatility of concrete all over globe.

Dr.Manmohan R.Kalgal, Head of Technical Services from Ultratech explained everything about past, present and future of concrete through very good examples. The Presentation for 200 Engineers, Architects and Builders present in meet was ultimate.
