During a District Level School Health and Welfare Coordination Committee meeting in Dharamsala, Bairwa highlighted the initiative to monitor student health closely by creating health report cards. This proactive approach aims to identify and treat early symptoms of diseases among students, ensuring timely medical intervention.

Underlining the National Child Health Program's efforts, Bairwa noted that children up to 19 years old receive free diagnosis and treatment for 30 specified diseases.
