Eminent Poet Padma Shri Dr Surjit Patar acknowledges pictorial work on peacock symbolizing “Rangla Punjab”

Ludhiana, December 19, 2022: Padma Shri Dr. Surjit Patar Chairman Punjab Arts Council today acknowledged the creative Pictorial Work depicting National Bird Peacock symbolizing as “Rangla Punjab”, describing the Peacock Portrait captured through Camera lens by eminent Nature Artist Harpreet Sandhu, of a Peacock forming bustle of satin with its feathers in the forest area of Punjab Agricultural University Ludhiana.

Eminent Poet Dr. Surjit Patar appreciated Nature Artist Harpreet Sandhu’s Pictorial work showcasing the colourful Peacock symbolizing – “Rangla Punjab” highlighting beauty of it’s feathers in the lap of green Natural location of Punjab Agricultural University which will not only encourage Nature lovers of Punjab but the citizens of Ludhiana who commute everyday within the University campus to be more mindful of the surrounding environment and explore Peacocks roaming in abundance in the Punjab Agricultural University Campus.
