Rohtak, March 11, 2026: Encouraging students to set life goals, be innovative, communicate with confidence, and be self-disciplined, professor of the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication (MDU), Sunit Mukherjee urged them to work hard and achieve their career and life goals in a planned manner. He was addressing the students during a special lecture held at the Center for Medical Biotechnology.

Renowned motivational speaker Sunit Mukherjee, describing student life as a golden age, said that the foundation for a successful life is laid during student life. By utilizing this time wisely and managing time effectively, one can give meaningful direction to one's studies and career journey.

PR Guru Mukherjee encouraged students to engage with social causes, oppose social evils, and stay away from social vices. He also advised the use of digital media, especially social media, for personal career branding.

During his address on how to become a law-abiding citizen, Narendra Pal, in-charge of the Rohtak Special Task Force Unit, emphasized that students should respect the law and adopt responsible behavior towards society. He urged youth to stay away from drugs.

Dr. Hari Mohan, Director of CMBT, speaking on the topic "Skills for Achieving Excellence," said that students should focus on developing soft skills in addition to technical knowledge. He encouraged students to actively learn, enhance problem-solving abilities, and update their knowledge continuously.

All the students, teachers, and experts present collectively pledged to abstain from drugs themselves and not allow others to do so. Professors -Dr. Amita Suneja Dang, Dr. Rashmi Bhardwaj, Dr. Anil Kumar, along with research scholars and students were present on the occasion.
