DISBURSEMENT OF SALARIES from March 7 onwards: Dhindsa

Chandigarh, March 6, 2013: Parminder Singh Dhindsa, Finance Minister, Punjab today said that the salaries of the government employees would be released from March 7 onwards.

In a press communiqué, Dhindsa said that the salaries could not be released till date because of the technical snags of over drafting and non-receipt of share from the central taxes. He said that the state government has managed the salaries of the employees from its own resources.
