DIPS students made Rakhi 

Jalandhar, August 21, 2021: DIPS Chain of school organised and activity on raksha Bandhan and students made artistic cards, letter writing and beautiful rachis. Nursery to class 4 students made a cartoon mask for their brothers and some designed Rakhis on theme chocolates. Students, further decorated beautiful thalis. Class 5th to class 7th girls made special rakhi cards for their brothers in which they conveyed their best wishes and decorated the cards with their art talent. Class 8th to class 12th girls penned their wishes in the form of expressive letters. They made beautiful envelopes for the letters boys designed thank you card for their loving sisters and vowed to protect them and always be by their side in all situations.

Principals of all schools abhored that raksha Bandhan festival is testimony of an everlasting bond of love between a brother and sister. They addressed the various stories and history related to this festival. They asked the students to preserve the rich values and of cultural and religious aspects of this auspicious festival.

MD and CEO remarked that raksha Bandhan is a festival of love for a brother and sister. The string tied on a brother’s wrist is of significant value and considered to be Holy. Raksha means safety and bandhan means bond. This symbolises Love and protection.
