DC Sachin Gupta calls upon Students to Prepare with Dedication, Integrity and Self-Confidence; Felicitates 26 students who excelled in NEET and IIT-JEE 2026

Rohtak, July 30, 2026: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta today said that every student possesses immense potential and deserves equal opportunities to succeed. Addressing students and parents after felicitating successful NEET and IIT-JEE 2026 candidates at Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Hisar Road, he urged students to prepare for competitive examinations with dedication, integrity and self-confidence, emphasising that sincere effort and perseverance invariably lead to success.

Quoting the adage, “Those who persevere never fail,” the Deputy Commissioner encouraged students to remain focused, disciplined and committed to their goals, observing that one or two years of determined effort can shape decades of success and fulfilment. He also appealed to parents to create a supportive learning environment at home and reiterated that every child, irrespective of studying in a government or private school, deserves an equal opportunity to excel.

The Deputy Commissioner said the District Administration is committed to creating an enabling academic ecosystem where every child can realise his or her full potential. He emphasised that success is not confined to becoming a doctor or an engineer; excellence can be achieved in medicine, nursing, engineering, administration or any other profession through dedication, discipline and consistent hard work.

DC sachin Gupta lauded the ‘Super-40’ initiative launched jointly by the District Administration and the Education Department, describing it as a significant step towards providing deserving students with quality mentoring, academic guidance and resources for competitive examinations. He expressed confidence that the initiative would enable an increasing number of students from government schools to secure admission to premier institutions across the country.

He also appreciated the School Principal, the District Education Officer and the teaching fraternity for mentoring students beyond regular classroom hours, observing that the true success of any educational initiative rests on the dedication of teachers and the determination of students.

Congratulating the 26 government school students who qualified in IIT-JEE and NEET 2026, the Deputy Commissioner said their outstanding performance has brought laurels to Rohtak and reaffirmed that, with quality education, proper guidance and a conducive learning environment, government school students can compete successfully at the national level.

The students felicitated on the occasion included Akshit Hooda, Kashvi Rathi, Anant Malik, Deepanshu, Harsh, Vansh, Deepanshu, Sachin, Shivam, Vedant, Hardik, Vijeta, Jayshree, Mansi, Himanshu, Aditya, Annu, Smriti, Aman, Sheetal, Payal, Tanisha, Ritika, Divya, Kajal and Kirti.

DC Sachin Gupta attributed the remarkable achievement to the students’ hard work, the unwavering commitment of teachers and the constant support of parents. He expressed confidence that in the coming years, many more students from Rohtak’s government schools would secure admission to premier institutions such as the IITs, NITs, AIIMS and other leading institutions of higher learning.
