CT Public school conducted a seminar on Good hygiene

Jalandhar, September 3, 2022: A short awareness session on personal hygiene for girls was conducted at CT PUBLIC School by Jagnit Kaur a member of Proctor and Gamble a leading MNC company. This session aimed to demonstrate the importance of maintaining good personal hygiene and illustrate the importance of comprehensive cleaning to maintain good health and a better personality in a certain society. Personal hygiene is important for many reasons, for instance, to have a better personality, and good health, for social reasons, and psychological issues.

Good hygiene perpetuates a nice image of an individual in society and emphasizing good personal hygiene can reduce the risk of many social, mental, and health problems. It can boost one’s confidence and reflects a positive image of that individual to others.

While interacting with students Jagnit Kaur said, “If students start learning and understanding the basic concept of Good hygiene from an early age then it will be very easy for them to be healthy.

The session ended on a positive note as the students very well understood the importance of personal hygiene in their lives. CT Public School, Vice-Principal Sukhdeep Kaur was elated by her presence and thanked her for this meaningful session.
